Return policy

You may return products coming from Stylo.ca at any time up to 15 days after receiving them. The products must be accompanied by the invoice and the order number. You are not required to pay any penalty to Stylo.ca in such a case.

Upon receipt of returned products, any sum debited from your credit card or  Interact debit card account in favour of Stylo.ca with regard to these products, except actual shipping costs, will be credited immediately (maximum delay of 24 hours ) . The refund will be made on the condition, however, that the products being returned are received by Stylo.ca in the same condition as that in which they were at the time they were delivered to you.


It is also possible to return products ordered on Stylo.ca at any Boutiques of Stylo.ca (The addresses of these boutiques  can be found in the Site's ""Our Boutiques"" section), under the conditions specified above. In no case will ""Stylo.ca "" Boutiques  reimburse delivery costs.
